What began in 1979 as a local tradition organized by the Angola Sports Center quickly became a beloved event in the community, drawing runners, families, and spectators together in celebration of fitness and camaraderie. After a period of inactivity, this cherished event was given new life in 2017 when Legends Running Shop stepped in to bring it back. With a renewed energy and a commitment to honoring its roots, the revival has once again made it a highlight of the local running calendar.
